Emily Wellborn of Wellborn Law Firm LLC, formerly known as Emily Napier of Napier Law Firm, LLC, has recently embraced a new chapter in both her personal and professional life by getting married. Emily Wellborn aims to be a true advocate and advisor for families who require estate and family services. After dealing with the probate process firsthand when her Father passed and becoming a Mother, she realized the importance of estate planning.
Emily excels in guiding her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans that ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished family goals by providing an efficient and easy-to-comprehend legal experience. Her legal expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, special needs planning, and strategies for individuals, unmarried couples, LGBT couples, and divorced individuals.

Emily graduated from Georgia State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2016 and presently sits on the AJMLS Alumni Board of Directors. After advanced training with the New Law Business Model, Emily became a certified Personal Family Lawyer ® to ensure that she can become a trusted advisor for you to look to for a lifetime of guidance and protection for yourself, your family, your business, and your assets. Emily was recognized as a Super Lawyer 2023 Rising Star, and was recently nominated for Super Lawyer 2024 Rising Star.
In addition, she ran multiple businesses before becoming the founding attorney of Wellborn Law Firm LLC. Emily is heavily involved with the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and several other networking groups, such as Because Moms and the Alpharetta, Milton, and Cumming, GA Connect Moms Group. Emily is also involved in the community and volunteers as a coach of the West Forsyth High School Mock Trial Team.
